Recently, CCLCF’s Cape Fear HOP team met with other Network Leads Impact Health, Access East, Inc. and NC Department of Health and Human Services representatives in Winston Salem for a Statewide Network Lead meeting.
Network Leads play a critical role in the Healthy Opportunities Pilot by connecting the health care and social sectors. Their discussions emphasized the collaborative power in advancing care, lowering health care costs, strengthening local infrastructure, and addressing the social determinants of health.
